Section 16: Power of Council to invite any person having knowledge or experience in para-medicine

The Himachal Pradesh Paramedical Council Act, 2003State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 21 of 2003

(1) The Council may, if it thinks necessary, invite any person having special knowledge or experience in para-medicine to its meeting, to hear his views on the subject and such person shall have right to take part in the discussion on the subject but shall not have the right to vote in the meeting of the Council.

(2) The invitee shall be entitled to receive such allowances as are admissible to the non-official membersof the Council.
