Section 34: Funds of Council

The Himachal Pradesh Paramedical Council Act, 2003State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 21 of 2003

The Council shall establish a fund to be called the fund of the Council to which shall be credited,-

(a) any contribution or grant by Central or State Government;

(b) the income of the Council from all sources including income from fees and fines;

(d) all other sums received by the Council.
