Section 51: Cognizance of offence

The Himachal Pradesh Paramedical Council Act, 2003State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 21 of 2003

(1) No court shall take cognizance ofan offence punishable under this Act except upon a complaint, in writing, made by the Registrar or any other officer authorized by the Council in this behalf, by a general or special order.

(2) No court inferior to that of a Magistrate of the First Class shall try any offence punishable under this Act.
