Section 13: Inspection

The Himachal Pradesh Private Educational Institutions (Regulation) Act, 1997State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 14 of 1999

(1) Any private educational institution may be inspected by the competent authority whenever it considers necessary.

(2) The competent authority may direct the manager to rectify the defects, if any, found during the course of the inspection, within such time as the competent authority may fix in this behalf.
