Section 19: Cognizance of offences

The Himachal Pradesh Private Educational Institutions (Regulation) Act, 1997State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 14 of 1999

No Court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act except on a report in writing of the facts constituting such offence made by an officer authorised by the Government in this behalf.
