Section 3: Private educational institution to obtain permission

The Himachal Pradesh Private Educational Institutions (Regulation) Act, 1997State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 14 of 1999

Save as otherwise provided in this Act, on or after the date of the commencement of this Act,-

(a) no private educational institution in existence on that date shall, after the expiry of six months from the said date, be run; and

(b) no private educational institution shall be established.
