No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government or any officer or employee of the State Government or any other person or authority, authorized by the State Government for anything, which is done or intended to be done in good faith under this Act or the notification issued thereunder.
13. (1) The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules to carry out the provisions of this Act.
(2) Rules made under sub-section (1) shall be subject to the condition of previous publication in the Official Gazette.

(3) Power to make rules.- Every rule made under this Act shall be laid, as soon as may be after it is made, before the Legislative Assembly, while it is in session for a total period of ten days which may be comprised in one session or in two or more successive sessions, and if, before expiry of the session in which it is so laid or the successive sessions aforesaid, the Legislative Assembly agrees in making any modification in the rule or agrees that the rules should not be made, the rule shall, thereafter have effect only in such modified form or be of no effect, as the case may be, so however, that any such modification or annulment shall be without prejudice to the validity of anything previously done under that rule.
14 (1) Repeal of Ordinance no. 4 of 2006 and savings.- (1) The Himachal Pradesh Private Medical Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission, Fixation of fee and Making of Reservation) Ordinance. 2006 is hereby repealed.
(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provision of this Act _____________
