Section 12: Appointment of Special Public Prosecutor

The Himachal Pradesh Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1999State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 19 of 2000

The Government shall, by notification appoint an Advocate of not less than ten years standing as a Special Public Prosecutor for the purposes of conducting the cases in the Special Court.
