Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Himachal Pradesh Registration of Money-lenders’ Act, 1976State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 19 of 1976

(1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Registration of Money-lenders’ Act, 1976.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Himachal Pradesh.
