Section 2: Definitions

The Himachal Pradesh Registration of Money Lenders' Rules, 1976State Rules of Himachal Pradesh · 1976

In these rules, unless there in anything repugnant in the subject or context,-

(a) “Act” means the Himachal Pradesh Registration of Money-Lenders’ Act, 1976; (19 of 1976).

(b) “Form” means a form appended to these rules;

(d) All other words and expression used in these rules but no defined in these rules shall have the meaning respectively assigned to them in the Act.
