Every application under sub-section (2) of section 7 or sub-section (4) or sub-section(5) of section 10 shall bear a court fee stamp as laid down in Article I(d) or I©, as the case may be, in second schedule of the Himachal Pradesh Court Fees Act, 1968. (8 of 1974).
