Section 7: Right of appea1

The Himachal Pradesh Roadside Land Control Act, 1968State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 21 of 1969

(1) Any person aggrieved by all order of the Collector under sub-section (2) of section 6 granting permission subject to conditions or refusing permission may, within thirty days from the date of such order, prefer an appeal to the Financial Commissioner.

(2) The order of the Financial Commissioner on appeal shall be final.
