Section 15: Appeal

The Shimla Road Users and Pedestrians (Public Safety and Convenience) Act, 2007State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 2 of 2008

(1) An appeal against the order of the Judicial Magistrate may be made to the Sessions Judge having jurisdiction, within 30 days from the date of the said order.

(2) An appeal against cancellation of a pass may be made to the Additional Chief Secretary (Home) or the Principal Secretary (Home) to the State Government, as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the cancellation order.
