Section 1: Short title and commencement

The Shoolini University of Biotechnology and Management Sciences (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2009State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 20 of 2009

(1)This Act may be called the Shoolini University of Biotechnology and Management Sciences (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2009.

(2) It shall come in to force on such date as the State Government may, by notification4 in the Official Gazette, appoint.
