Section 17: Authorities of the University

The Shoolini University of Biotechnology and Management Sciences (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2009State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 20 of 2009

The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:—

(i) the Governing Body;

(ii) the Board of Management;

(iii) the Academic Council; and

(iv) such other authorities as may be declared by the statutes to be the authorities of the University.
