Section 25: Committees

The Shoolini University of Biotechnology and Management Sciences (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2009State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 20 of 2009

(1) The authorities or officers of the University may constitute committees with such terms of reference as may be necessary for specific tasks to be performed by such committees.

(2) The constitution of such committees and their duties shall be such as may be specified by the statutes.
