Section 9: General Fund

The Shoolini University of Biotechnology and Management Sciences (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2009State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 20 of 2009

Universityshall establish a fund, which shall be called the General Fund to which following shall be credited, namely:-

(a) fees and other charges received by the University;

(b) any contribution made by the sponsoring bopdy;

(d) bequests, donations1[except from parents andstudents], endowments and any other grants;

(e) all other sums received by the University
