Section 1: Short title and commencement

The Himachal Pradesh Single Window (Investment, Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2018State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 5 of 2018

(1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Single Window (Investment, Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2018.

(2) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Rajpatra (e-Gazette), Himachal Pradesh, appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act.
