Section 14: Timelines for granting clearances

The Himachal Pradesh Single Window (Investment, Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2018State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 5 of 2018

(1) All new proposals or proposals for expansion of the existing industrial undertakings which need 12 THE HIMACHAL PRADESH SINGLE WINDOW (INVESTMENT, PROMOTION AND FACILITATION) ACT, 2018 clearances under one or more of the applicable laws, will be eligible for facilitation under this Act.

(2) For all clearances, the Departmental Nodal Officer will process such e-applications, as and when, received by him, within the timeline as may be prescribed.
