Section 17: Self-Certification by the Applicants

The Himachal Pradesh Single Window (Investment, Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2018State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 5 of 2018

(1) In order to comply with the provisions of the applicable laws every applicant may furnish requisite information with self-certification, in such form as may be prescribed, at the time of submitting the e-application.

(2) The self-certification furnished as per sub-section (1) by the applicants will be accepted by the appropriate authority for the purpose of granting of clearances and giving other benefits to the applicants.
