Section 31: Enforcement of judgment against Society

The Himachal Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2006State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 25 of 2006

(1) If any judgment is passed against any officer or member of the registered Society, such judgment shall not be enforced against the property, moveable or immoveable, or against the body, of such officer, but against the property of the registered Society.

(2) The application for execution shall set forth the judgment, the fact of the party against whom it shall have been passed having sued or having been sued, as the case may be, on behalf of the registered Society only, and shall require to have the judgment enforced against the property of the registered Society.
