Section 47: Enforcement of order

The Himachal Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2006State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 25 of 2006

Orders made under section 44 shall, on application, be enforced as follows:—

(a) when made by a liquidator, by a civil court having local jurisdiction, in the same manner as a decree of such court; and

(b) when made by the court on appeal, in the same manner as a decree of that court.
