Section 18: Industries to which several forms of State aid may be given

State aid may given to-

(a) a new or nascent industry;

(b) an industry to be newly established in an area where such industriesare undeveloped; or

(c) a cottage industry or village industry; or

(d) an industry which needs revival, or development by modernmethods.
