The Himachal Pradesh State Legislature Proceedngs (Protection of Publication) Act, 1977State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 3 of 1978

The Act shall apply in relation to reports or matters broadcast by means of wireless telegraphy as part of any programme or service provided by means of the broadcasting station as it applied in relation to reports or matters published in a newspaper.
