if a registered practitioner changes his name, he shall immediately inform the Registrar about the same and satisfy the Registrar that he has already notified the fact of the change of name in a leading news paper having vide circulation in the area in which he carries on his practice. The Registrar, shall on being on satisfied and on receipt on a fee prescribed in rule 24 enter the changed name in the register accordingly. Necessary change in the registration certification will also by the Registrar accordingly. Necessary change in the registration certification will also be made by the Registrar.
Entries in the Register regarding further qualification-
(1) A registered practitioner who obtains any post graduated degree diploma in Veterinary Science in addition to his recognized Veterinary qualification and wish to get the same entry in the register, shall make and application in the Form “C” accompanied by the fee prescribed in the rule 24. He shall also furnish alongwith his application, the relevant degree, diploma duly attested by a Gazetted officer as the case may be on the bads of which the entry in the register is sought. The Registrar may require the registered practitioner to produce the original degree or diploma, as the case in to satisfy his claim.
(2) If the Registered on receipt of the application under sub-rule (1) and after making such further enquiry as he may deem fit, is satisfy that the registered practitioner is entitled to have the degree or diploma as the case may be entered in the register , he shall do so and grant such practitioner a certificate in Form”D” . if he is not so satisfied, he will reject the application.
Provide that no order rejecting any application shall be passed without giving the applicant an opportunity being heard.
