Section 26: Power and duties of the Vice-Chairman

The Vice-Chairman shall assist the Chairman in all matters, administrative and academic, and shall discharge such duties and exercise such powers as may be delegated to him by the Chairman, and shall in the latter’s absence exercise all the power of the Chairman.
