Section 31: First regulations of the Board

The Himachal Pradesh Takniki Shiksha Board Act, 1986State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 14 of 1986

(1) The First regulations shall be made by the State Government and they shall be deemed to have been made by the Board and continue in force until altered or modified by the Board.

(2) The regulations made under sub-section (1) shall not take effect until these have been published in the Official Gazette.
