No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government or any officer or employee of the State Government or any other person or authority, 8 THE HIMACHAL PRADESH PRIVATE TECHNICAL AND VOCATIONAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS (REGULATION OF ADMISSION AND FIXATION OF FEE) ACT, 2008 authorized by the State Government for anything, which is done or intended to be done in good faith under this Act or the notification issued thereunder.
