All private technical educational and professional institutions shall reserve seats for admission in general category and management category, for advancement of socially and educationally backward classes and for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes to such extent, as may be notified by the State Government in the Official Gazette, from time to time in conformity with prevailing law in this regard.
