Section 14: The Registrar, the Controller of Examinations, the Finance Officer and the Deans

The Himachal Pradesh Technical University Act, 2014State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 2 of 2015

(1) The Registrar, the Controller of Examinations, the Finance Officer and the Deans shall be whole time Officers of the University and shall be appointed by the Board in the manner as specified in the Schedule.

(2) The salary and allowances payable to the Officers as specified in sub-section (1), the conditions of service and the powers to be exercised and the functions to be performed by them shall be as specified in the Schedule and the Statutes prescribed.
