Section 82: Place of Sitting

The Himachal Pradesh Tenancy and Land Reforms Act, 1972State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 8 of 1974

(l) An Assistant Collector may exercise his power under this Act at any place within the limits of the district in which he is employed.

(2) Any other Revenue Officer or Revenue Court may only exercise his or its powers under this Act within the local limits of his or its jurisdiction.
