Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Himachal Pradesh Tolls Act, 1975State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 9 of 1975

(1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Tolls Act, 1975.

(2) It shall extend to the whole of Himachal Pradesh.
