Section 11: Penalties

Whosoever-
(a) attempts to cross any barrier without compliance with the provisions of this Act, or
(b) contravenes any other provision of this Act or the rules made thereunder or any order or direction made under any such provision or rule,

18 of 2006.
2. Sections 10-A and 10-B inserted vide H.P. Act No. 18 of 2006.
THE HIMACHAL PRADESH TOLLS ACT, 1975 8 shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine which may extend to two hundred rupees.
(2) No magistrate shall take cognisance of any offence under this Act except on a complaint in writing, made by the Toll Inspector.
