Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development and Registration Act, 2002State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 15 of 2002

(1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development and Registration Act,

2002.

THE HIMACHAL PRADESH TOURISM DEVELOPMENT AND REGISTRATION ACT, 2002 5

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Himachal Pradesh.

(3) It shall come into force on such date 1 as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
