Section 24: Annual report

The Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development and Registration Act, 2002State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 15 of 2002

The Member-Secretary of the Council shall prepare the annual report of the activities of the Council within three months from the date of the expiry of the financial year and a copy thereof shall be forwarded to the Board as well as to the Government.
