The prescribed authority shall, unless registration is refused under sections 25 or 26 or 27, direct the name and particulars of the tourism unit or travel agent or guide or adventure sports operator, as the case may be, cause to be entered in the register maintained for the purpose and shall issue a certificate of registration to the tourism unit or the travel agent or the guide or the adventure sports operator, as the case may be, in the prescribed form.
