Till such time, the prescribed authority does not notify the fair rates and the number of lodgers to be accommodated in each room, as required under sections 31 and 32, the tourism unit operator or the travel agent or the guide or the adventure sports operator, as the case may be, shall notify the fair rates and intimate the same to the prescribed authority by 31 st day of July each year and separate rates may be fixed for “season” and “off-season” periods and such rates shall be effective from 1 st October of that year till 30 th September of the following year.
