Section 61: Proceedings before the prescribed authority to be judicial proceedings

The Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development and Registration Act, 2002State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 15 of 2002

All proceedings before the prescribed authority under this Act shall be deemed to be judicial proceedings for the purposes of sections 193 and 228 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (45 of 1860).
