Section 63: Power of Government to apply Act to other persons

The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct that all or any of the provisions of this Act or of the rules made thereunder shall, with such exceptions, adaptations or modifications as may be considered necessary, apply to persons doing the business in the State of Himachal Pradesh of outdoor photography or of letting or plying for hire house-boats, dongas, bathing boats, shikaras, dandis, pithus, ponies as may be specified in the notification and the prescribed authority may fix the rates to be charged for the services to be rendered.
