Section 24: Review of development plan and sectoral plan

The Director may onhis own motion or if so required by the State Government shall, at any timeafter the sectoral plan has come into operation, undertake a review and evaluation of the development plan and sectoral plan.

(2) The foregoing provisions of sections 19,20 and 23 shall, so far as may be, apply to the modification under sub-section (1) as those provisions apply in relation to the preparation, publication and approval of a development plan or a sectoral plan.
