Section 34: Lapse of permission

The Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 12 of 1977

Every permission granted under section 31 orsection 32 or section 33 shall remain inforce for a period of 2[three years] from the date of such grant and thereafter it shall lapse:

Provided that the Director may, on an application, extend suchperiod from year to year but the total period shall, in no case exceed 3[five years] from the date on which the permission was initially granted:

Provided further that such lapseshall not bar any subsequent applicationfor fresh permission under this Act.
