Section 10: Authorities- The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely

The Himachal Pradesh Universities of Agriculture, Horticulture and Forestry Act, 1986State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 4 of 1987

(i) the Senate;

(ii) the Board of Management;

(iii) the Academic Council;

(iv) the Extension Council;

(v) the Research Council;

(vi) the Board of Studies;

(vii) the Finance Committee; and

(viii) such other bodies of the University as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
