The Board of Management shall be responsible for programmes of agricultural education, agricultural research and extension education in Himachal Pradesh, shall carry out its functions in this behalf, and have functional and financial autonomy, as may be prescribed by the Statutes to enable the Agricultural Complex to develop on the integrated pattern of research, education and extension.
