Section 42: Annual report

The Himachal Pradesh University of Health Sciences Act, 2017State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 11 of 2017

The Annual report of the University shall be prepared under the directions of the Board of Management, and shall be submitted to the Senate on or before such date, as may be prescribed by the statutes, and shall be considered by the Senate at its annual meeting.
