Any person who contravenes the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 4 or section 6 shall, on conviction, be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees and to a further fine which may extend to twenty rupees for each day during THE HIMACHAL PRADESH URBAN ESTATES (DEVELOPMENT AND 9 REGULATON) ACT, 1968 which the offence is proved to have continued after the first day.
