Section 17: Registration and licensing of architects, engineers and plumbers

No architect or engineer, who does not possess the prescribed qualifications, shall be considered as duly qualified and no person other than duly qualified architect or engineer or any plumber shall be competent to 10 THE HIMACHAL PRADESH URBAN ESTATES (DEVELOPMENT AND REGULATON) ACT, 1968 certify any plan or completion of a building, or engage in any plumbing work, as the case may be, unless registered and licensed by the Chief Administrator.
