Section 24: Repeal and savings

The Himachal Pradesh Urban Estates (Development and Regulation Act, 1968State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 26 of 1969

The Punjab Estate (Development and Regulation) Act, 1964 (22 of 1964) as in force in the areas added to Himachal Pradesh under section 5 of the Punjab Re-organisation Act, 1966, (31 of 1966) 12 THE HIMACHAL PRADESH URBAN ESTATES (DEVELOPMENT AND REGULATON) ACT, 1968 is hereby repealed:

Provided that anything done or any action taken, including rules made, notification issued or proceedings commenced or continued under the provisions of the Act hereby repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
