Section 14: Bar to suits or legal proceedings

The Himachal Pradesh Utilisation of Lands Act, 1973State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 17 of 1973

(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall be instituted against any person for anything which is, in good faith, done or intended to be done under this Act.

(2) No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government for any damage caused by anything which is, in good faith, done or intended to be done under this Act.
