Section 10: Constitution of Committees, etc

HOUSING BOARD HARYANA (Conduct of Meetings) REGULATIONS,1980 the 16th October,1981State Regulations of Haryana · 1971

The Board may form time to time, appoint Committees, or Sub-Committees consisting of such member / members as it thinks fit to advise the Board on such matters as may be prescribed or specified and subject to such directions as the Board may give.

11. Circulatory Resolution- A resolution shall be valid and effectual as if it has been passed at a meeting of the Board duly called and constituted. If the motion is circulated in draft, together with the necessary paper, if any, to all the members then in India (not being less in number than the quorum fixed for a meeting and has been approved by a majority of such members.

Provided that such motions shall be circulated with the express prior approval of the Chairman.
