1. (1) इन िविनयमᲂ का नाम भारतीय ᮧशासिनक सेवा (संवगᭅ पद सं या का िनयतन) चतुथᭅ संशोधन िविनयमावली, 2016 कहा जा सकेगा।
(2) ये िविनयम शासकᳱय राजपᮢ मᱶ इनके ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख को ᮧवृᱫ हᲂगे।
